Dylan Eubanks, RN, MSN, FNP-C is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in Cambridge. Dylan graduated from Meadowbrook High School and earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Ohio University. She became a registered nurse in 2009 and has worked in various settings and roles, including floor nurse at Southeastern Med, case manager in hospice care, and staff nurse in home care, before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2019. Her clinical training includes Pediatrics, Women's Health, Adults, Geriatrics, and Family Practice. Professional memberships include American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAANP). Dylan is committed to providing compassionate, quality health care to patients throughout their lifespan and feels blessed to be working in her hometown. Dylan sees patients in our office but also leads a team to provide care for patients at the Assisted Living facilities in our area and through house calls for our Home Care program.
